My time at Florida International University.
I officially joined the FIU family in 2009 after completing my Associates at Broward College. During my time at FIU I became a very active student especially in FIU’s College of Business. I served in the following organizations and in the following roles:
- Student Leadership Group – President
- American Marketing Association – VP of Professional Development
- Alternative Business Breaks - Committee Member
- Beta Gamma Sigma – Top 10% of Business Students Worldwide
- Being Voted Mr. FIU Business by my peers.
- Being selected as FIU’s World Ahead Graduate by Administration and Faculty
- Helping to lead FIU AMA to become the Platinum Chapter (#1 Chapter in the World)
- Winning First Place in the Northwestern Mutual Sales Competition
- Taking part in the Chevrolet Executive AMA Marketing Pitch
- Receiving a High-Pass in The Marketing Accounting Metrics Exam
- Representing FIU at the Beta Gamma Sigma Leadership Forum
- Taking part in a much viewed FIU debate
- Keynote at FIU’s Executive Protege Initiative Commencement Ceremony
- AMA Social Media Workshops
- Alpha Kappa Psi Keynote Speech during Rush Week

On Saturday, Aug. 13, at the U.S. Century Bank Arena, located on FIU’s Modesto Maidique Campus, 11200 S.W. 8th St. in southwest Miami-Dade County I walked across the stage as President Mark Rosenberg handed me my diploma. On this day I became an alum of FIU receiving my Bachelors in Marketing with a Certificate in Sales and Customer Relationship Management.

I am now officially part of the FIU Business Alumni and sit on their Executive Board as VP of Social Media and Marketing.
