In 2011 Jeff graduated from college with four great corporate career offers, three of which were with Fortune 500 companies (Pepsi, ADP and Macys). However, Jeff made the strategic choice to join the advertising agency MediaWhiz as an Account Executive with a focus on developing new business from Fortune 1000 companies.

With great mentorship and intensive training from internet marketing experts like Adam Riff (now VP of Digital at ADT), Marc Purtell (Director of SEO at MediaWhiz) and Yvonne Lombardo (now VP of Business Development at, Jeff was able to advance his online marketing & sales knowledge from intermediate to an advanced level.

During his tenure at MediaWhiz, Jeff developed experience and expertise in the following areas:

  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Business Development and Lead Generation

Jeff succeeded in securing marketing partnerships with  Netflix, Rosetta Stone, Vistaprint, Megabrands, Allied Van lines, Lionel Trains and many more. He attributed his success to taking on a strong consulting role and helping his clients discover their strengths and weaknesses when it came to social media, PPC, SEO and affiliate marketing strategies. Jeff managed a group of specialized marketing experts that assisted him in gathering data, insights and creating ROI drive solutions. Jeff generated $1.2 million in new business and built a $3 million sales pipeline for the agency.

That same year MediaWhiz was ranked by Advertising Age as the #6 Top Search-Marketing Agency (then acquired by Matomy)!

In 2012, Jeff relocates to the Washington D.C area, launches Miami Public Speakers Inc. & joins Vocus

In the summer of 2012 Jeff and his wife Emma made the move to Washington D.C. Jeff however was still getting phone calls from local South Florida businesses and contacts that were interested in his speaking services.  Since some of the opportunities weren’t always a great fit, Jeff was inspired to pass these opportunities along to other talented speakers in Miami. Miami Public Speakers Inc was born and has quickly become the leading speakers bureau in the South Florida area.

In August, the Cloud Marketing Software company Vocus asked Jeff to come on board as a Mid-Market Sales Executive. Having experience & familiarity with various Vocus companies such as PRWEB, iContact, HARO and North Social, Jeff felt like it was the perfect fit for his talents, desires and goals. Leveraging his highly consultative approach in his daily conversations with business owners, marketing/pr professionals, Jeff was able to not only offer great service and insight to his clients but he was also able to achieve more sales.

In 2012 Jeff became the Vocus Rookie of The Year, achieved 269% of his goal, became a featured Vocus employee and broke several other records, including shortest time in reaching the exclusive President’s Club level (5 months).  Click here to see testimonials.

July 2014: Jeff Joins Triblio To Lead Sales Department 

After a successful two years of producing record sales at Vocus, Jeff left to become the first hire at the Content Marketing Software startup Triblio which recently received $3.4 million in funding as reported by TechCrunch. Triblio was founded by Andre Yee (Former SVP @Eloqua) and Jason Jue (Former CMO @Vocus).
